This appears to be a very old brass flintlock blackpowder pistol with some nice decorations on it. The part that is struck is missing, the gun does cock and fire. I am not sure of the exact age, it has 1821 printed on the top it looks like. This may also just be an antique toy - I am still trying to gather information - it is about 13 inches long and weighs a few pounds.
