Shipping and handling for US orders is FREE for orders of $100 or more and CALCULATED for less for customers in the 48 contiguous states. Our S&H charges for items sold on our auctions ensure the lowest possible fee to the buyer. Most of the cost you are noticing actually comes from the expense of high quality packing, advanced audit testing, and rigorous quality control. Combine shipping? If you are buying more than one item we will do our best to combine your shipping & handling charges, and send you an invoice combining payment. We only ship to shipping addresses that you provide. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

Returns

All returns must be sent back within 7 business days of receiving the item. Returns will only be accepted for items that arrive defective or not as described. Please contact us at returns@bolky.com to request a return authorization number and instructions.
